4. The mold heating and cooling heat exchanger is made of copper tubing, with a large contact area with the mold plate and rapid temperature rise and fall rates. Due to the reasonable arrangement of the heat exchanger tubes, heat exchange is uniform across all parts of the mold. The water collector is connected to the copper tubes via pipe fittings, allowing for easy disassembly and assembly.
