Automatic Winding Machine
The automatic winding and pressing equipment is a series of products produced by Hongzhen Molds to replace manual yarn pulling in grating production. This equipment significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the quality and stability of grating products;
The automatic winding machine and pressing machine feature six-axis freedom of movement, with each axis controlled by internationally renowned high-end servo systems.
Due to the use of high-performance servo control across all axes, the system offers high flexibility: the automatic winding machine can support production switching for different product specifications and can also establish multiple winding process routes, enabling high flexibility in product production.
The machine achieves yarn pulling actions through precision mechanisms such as gear racks, lead screws, and guide rails for transmission and motion control.
The system incorporates mold coordinate data and an automatic management system. Based on this system, the motion trajectory of yarn pulling can be managed with high precision and accuracy. This system reduces the requirements for mold installation precision to a certain extent while ensuring better integration between the winding machine and the mold, thereby enhancing the reliability of system operation.
Operational technical parameters:
1、The average manual yarn pulling time is approximately 40 minutes.
Based on actual statistics, the maximum working speed for manual yarn winding is as shown in the table below. It can be seen that the maximum speed in the length direction is 0.88 m/s, with an average speed of 0.72 m/s. In the width direction, the maximum speed is 0.72 m/s, with an average speed of 0.6 m/s.
