Automatic Winding Machine

The automatic winding and pressing equipment is a series of products produced by Hongzhen Molds to replace manual yarn pulling in grating production. This equipment significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the quality and stability of grating products;

The automatic winding machine and pressing machine feature six-axis freedom of movement, with each axis controlled by internationally renowned high-end servo systems.

Due to the use of high-performance servo control across all axes, the system offers high flexibility: the automatic winding machine can support production switching for different product specifications and can also establish multiple winding process routes, enabling high flexibility in product production.

The machine achieves yarn pulling actions through precision mechanisms such as gear racks, lead screws, and guide rails for transmission and motion control.

By the end of December 2024, preliminary statistics show that our company has sold nearly 2,000 sets of grating molds. In recent years, our company has collaborated with domestic universities and automation control companies to develop CNC automated glass fiber reinforced plastic grating molds for yarn drawing, winding, and pressing. Several companies in China are already using these molds. As the automated grating molds continue to improve and operate stably, the company will timely promote them to the market.

The demolding rod lifting device uses dual hydraulic cylinders for parallel advancement, ensuring smooth operation without lateral swaying. The mold-lifting system's mold-lifting rods are fixed to an I-beam lifting beam, ensuring parallel and stable movement during lifting. The hydraulic station is a custom-designed hydraulic component manufactured by our company, ensuring durability and reliability.

The mold-lifting rods are made from steel components that have been quenched and ground, resulting in a smooth, hard, and wear-resistant surface. They automatically rise and lower with the lifting mechanism, making them easy to replace and maintain.

The modules are made of 45 steel, which is processed, ground, polished, and electroplated after forming. They are corrosion-resistant, smooth, and easy to demold. The upper screws are tightened, making them easy to adjust and replace.

The mold heating and cooling heat exchanger is made of purple copper square tubes, which have a large contact area with the mold plate and allow for rapid temperature changes. Due to the reasonable layout of the heat exchanger tubes, heat is evenly distributed throughout the mold. The water collector is connected to the copper tubes via pipe fittings, allowing for easy disassembly and assembly.
